Well, um, Gensokyo's a place in Japan, full of youkai.

[ She's too busy wondering about this "Japan" place and "youkai" to see that this girl in the lake is distressed. ]

Not particularly. I suppose you could consider it as one, there are many mythical creatures there.

[To emphasise, she lifts her tail out of the water so that Yosafire could see.]

Though, if you don't mind my asking, what exactly are you? You don't seem human...

[ Yosafire points to the small red horn sticking out of her head full of bright green hair. ]

Ah, a demon? I've never met a demon before.

[Not that she's really met anyone, given the fact she's a mermaid and that usually entails being confined to water.]

Yeah! My friends Rawberry and Dialo are demons too! And there are angels also, like my friends Macarona, Chelan, and Froze!

[ Of course her face becomes elated as she speaks her name. ]

This is quite exciting. I've never been in another dimension before.

[ But you must notice her dokis for Froze, they are her life. ]

I have! ...It wasnt the best since I was a prisoner, and there was a creepy guy with shades and a flaming jacket..

Nah, this really cool demon took care of the jerk. Her name was passing demon.

She said her name wasnt important, so we just went with it. It is pretty weird though, huh?

That it is. I wouldn't expect for one to be addressed as such.

The Demon King and Angel Queen have pretty wierd names too, its just the colors black and white backwards!

[ She chuckles to herself. ]
